With so many moving parts — client requests, availability, rescheduling, and reminders — WhoCan is built to help both sides stay in sync. This guide walks you through exactly how to manage bookings and schedules like a pro inside the app.

1. Viewing and Managing Bookings
Once a job is requested or confirmed, it appears under the “Bookings” tab inside the app.
🔧 For Service Providers:
- Open the app and go to My Bookings.
- Here, you’ll see:
- Pending Requests (Accept or Decline)
- Upcoming Jobs (Confirmed bookings)
- Past Jobs (Completed or canceled)
Click on any booking to view:
- Client name & contact info
- Service requested
- Address & scheduled time
- Special notes (if any)
👤 For Users:
- Go to the Bookings tab to:
- Track status (Pending, Confirmed, Completed)
- View provider details
- Modify or cancel if needed (more on that below)
2. Accepting or Declining a Booking (For Providers)
When a user books your service, you’ll get a notification and booking request. You can choose to:
- ✅ Accept (Client gets notified instantly)
- ❌ Decline (Client is informed and can look for others)
Tip: Accept or decline as quickly as possible — it shows professionalism and improves your profile rating over time.
If you decline too many jobs without reason, it may impact your visibility in search results.
3. Syncing Availability with Calendar
To avoid double bookings or scheduling stress, WhoCan allows you to sync with your calendar and set your availability.
📅 How to Sync (For Providers):
- Go to your Profile > Availability Settings
- Set:
- Working hours (e.g., 9 AM to 6 PM)
- Days off
- Breaks or lunch hours
Optional: You can also integrate with your Google Calendar or phone calendar to get real-time alerts or reminders.
This helps:
- Prevent missed appointments
- Let clients know when you’re truly available
- Reduce back-and-forth communication
4. Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments
Life happens. Sometimes jobs need to be moved or canceled — and the WhoCan app makes it easy for both parties.
🔁 For Service Providers:
- Tap the booking you want to change
- Select “Reschedule”
- Choose a new date/time and wait for client approval
To cancel a booking:
- Tap “Cancel Booking”
- Provide a short reason (optional)
- Client is notified instantly
🔁 For Users:
- Go to My Bookings
- Select the appointment
- Tap “Reschedule” or “Cancel”
Note: Avoid last-minute cancellations. Repeated cancellations may affect your reliability score on the platform.
5. Notifications & Reminders
